Jerry Wachowicz is a liscened real estate broker in Florida and Michigan . Originally from the Tri-City area in Michigan, Jerry Founded C.M.W Real Estate, Inc in Saginaw Michigan in 1976 serving as President and owner-partner until 1994. The company grew under his leadership to house 95 sales agents. He also founded J.P.W Development, Ltd in 1978 and was president and owner with his wife Patricia Wachowicz (a general building contractor) until 1994. The company purchased wooded land parcels and golf courses to design environmentally friendly residential developments, where they built homes, villas and condominiums in their unique subdivisions. Their enjoyment of the water, beaches and sailing also brought them to Charlevoix Michigan where they expanded their developments to include the Resort shore lines of Lake Charlevoix and Lake Michigan . Their attraction to the sunny blue skies, warm turquoise sailing waters and white sandy beaches is inevitably what drew them to Naples Florida. In 1992 they visited Naples and both fell in love with its wonderful charm and uniqueness. They moved permanently in 1996. Jerry now enjoys doing what it is that he does best which is to offer a multitude of knowledge and experience for individuals, families and friends in finding or selling there dream home. Jerry concentrates primarily with properties "On the Water" or "Walking distance to the beach". Now he and his 31 year old daughter (a culinary and wine sommelier graduate) are using the most unique and creative marketing approach nationally and internationally as well as an expansive technological website and internet marketing to insure all customers the finest and most elite quality in real estate service. With his 36 years worth of real estate experience, 12 years being in Naples they have created quite a dynamic working relationship.

After Graduating from Northern Michigan University in Marketing, Holly moved to Los Angeles CA where she attended The New School of Culinary Arts. Her first job, which she claims gave her the gourmet quirkiness she has, was at the renowned Ciudad restaurant owned by the Food Networks "Two Hot Tamales" (Susan Fenniger and Mary Sue Milliken) where she cooked for a wide array of customers, from Bill Gates to the Rolling Stones, quite diverse. It is there that her knowledge of food and capability expanded and became its own entity. She moved to Naples and was hired on to The Colony Bay Club as Chef de Cuisine and started cooking live on WINK news on Friday mornings. Always in search of knowledge she attended the prestigious Johnson and Wales Sommelier Series and was certified in wine theory and passed the written and blind tasting from the board of examiners and United States Sommelier Association. Also doing a Champagne and wine segment for the "Valentine" Holiday on WINK news.

She started a small catering company called "The Big Tomato" after leaving her job at The Colony and also worked as a low carb personal chef. She put her hand at helping to open a restaurant and managed the front of the house for Naples' own Lurcat on fifth avenue . Holly then moved to North Carolina where she proudly created, owned and opened a high end wine shop in Flat Rock North Carolina.

Holly and Jerry together are at the forefront of the technology based real estate world. With their unique and creative advertising to their on the spot advertising nationally and internationally through website and internet marketing they have made themselves stand out. As well as showing constant personal attention and having a hands on approach. they are always a few steps ahead for their clients in the ever changing real estate market .
